I believe that understanding the ADHD experience requires both research and the lived experiences of those who face its unique challenges. That's why I use a combination of evidence-based methods and a compassionate, relational approach to address the practical, social, and emotional aspects of ADHD.

My goal is to help you feel supported, heard, and empowered as we work together to navigate this journey.
